Nelson Ukadike, CPA

Nelson is the firm's founder and owner. Nelson has been a CPA since 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lander University in Greenwood, SC, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX.

Prior to opening the firm in 2010, he was employed for five years in the auditing and international accounting departments of a multi-national oil and gas company. Nelson has also worked as an auditor, accountant, and fraud investigator for the State of Texas, Harris County Government, TX, and public accounting.

Nelson has over 30 years of experience primarily in the areas of accounting, tax, business consulting, and auditing.

The firm's current clients are diverse and include healthcare businesses (Home Health Agencies, Adult Day Home, Doctors), career schools and colleges, pharmacies and drug stores, convenience stores, security guards and patrol services, restaurants, insurance agents, etc.
